Office Visits

Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to our patient’s individual needs and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing you with the best care possible.

The first visit is all about the patient — your comfort, desires, happiness, and health..

During your first visit, we will:

• Review dental and medical history forms. 
• Take necessary X-rays of your teeth and mouth. 
• Perform a thorough examination, including an oral cancer screening and full assessment of the health of your gums, teeth, and mouth. 
• Create an individual treatment plan, based on our findings and coupled with your desires. 

The doctor will meet with you and your child to discuss X-rays, help create an individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.

Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!

The American Dental Association recommends that everyone over the age of one should visit the dentist every six months for for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep their teeth and gums healthy. The ADA also recommends that children begin seeing a dentist as soon as they get their first tooth.

We understand that your family has a busy schedule, so when you're preparing for a dental visit, please remember that our initial dental visit can last 60 to 90 minutes for adults and 30 to 60 minutes for children.

Emergency Appointments

We are always do our best to accommodate emergencies the same day. If it is after our normal business hours, please dial our office number and follow the prompts for emergencies. We will be alerted when an emergency call has come in and will get back to you as soon as possible.
