Front Office Team

Our front office team is here to help with all your scheduling, financial, and insurance needs. Most often, they'll be the first smiling faces you'll see when you come into the office. They're always available to answer any question you may have and want to make your time here as pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. They always try to provide the very best customer service available to ensure that you not only get an effective and excellent outcome from your treatment, but also enjoy your time in our office.

Buffi - Concierge

Buffi is likely the first lovely face you'll see upon entering the office. She completed the SPSCC Dental Assisting Program and has worked in dentistry since the mid 1990s. She is passionate about helping others realize that they can keep their teeth for life with regular dental appointments and the proper home care. She truly enjoys meeting people and looks forward to seeing your smiling faces.

Buffi grew up in the Puget Sound area where she enjoys camping and road trips to explore our wonderful state. She married her high school sweetheart and they have three children that they love to go and cheer on at sporting events.

Lauren - Insurance Coordinator

Lauren grew up in southern California and relocated to Tenino in 2014. She has been in the dental field since 2009 and specializes in billing medical and dental insurances. She loves helping people get the best experience possible. She is excited to continue her career here at Tranquility Dental Wellness Center.

In her free time she enjoys relaxing with her husband, son and Great Dane, Lilly. Her hobbies are painting, hiking and taking yoga classes.

Tawni - Marketing Director

Tawni has worked in the dental field for the past 13 years as a dental assistant. Her passion for the dental field was strong from a young age as she completed her dental assisting education her senior year of high school. After working in the dental field for 6 years, Tawni decided to further her education and pursued a business degree. In December of 2012, she was awarded her Bachelors in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Upon completion of her education, Tawni found that perfect balance of dentistry and marketing when she joined Dr. Noga's team in November 2014 as the Marketing Director.

In Tawni's spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, husband Matt, and two children; Mylee and Korben. She enjoys camping, traveling, spending time      outdoors and attending WSU football games.

Ashley - Executive Assistant 

Ashley graduated from the National Dental Assistant Board of Canada in 2008 as a certified dental assistant and moved to the United States in 2011. She began working at Tranquility Dental Wellness Center in March of 2014 and has found her dental family home after seven years in the field. Though she loved chair-side assisting, she has since changed positions and is now the executive assistant for Tranquility Dental.  She enjoys cooking, traveling, working out and visiting her close friends and family in British Columbia. 

Our Dental Hygienists

Before your treatment begins, our dental hygienists will assess the health of your gums and determine the treatment that is right for you.  Depending on your diagnosis, they will either provide a detailed cleaning and polish or recommend a deep cleaning.  After your cleaning, they will review the best home care techniques for you and your individual needs.  Each member of our hygiene team provides gentle, thorough care and treats each patient with kindness and respect for their needs. With years of education, continuing education, and training with the newest and most up-to-date technology, your smile is in great hands with our hygienists. They love to make you smile!

Alicia - BSDH, Registered Dental Hygienist

Alicia graduated from Clark College in Vancouver, WA with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She furthered her education and received a Bachelor's of Science from Eastern Washington University. Prior to dental hygiene school she worked as a dental assistant in a community health center for 2 years. She has a passion for patient care and strives to make each patient comfortable and relaxed. She loves everything about dentistry, but most of all she loves the one-on-one care she is able to give to her patients. She strongly believes in educating her patients to help them improve their oral health as well as their overall health.

Alicia was born and raised in Chehalis, Washington. She loves everything that the Pacific Northwest has to offer and enjoys camping, fishing, and hiking with her husband, David and their mastiff. She has no children yet, but plans on having a family someday. Alicia is very active and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her spare time she likes to read, exercise, play tennis, or relax with a good movie.

Alicia loves helping her community. She volunteers on the Smiles Mobile, at Popes Kid's Place, and Dentistry from Our Hearts. Alicia is also a member of Junior League of Olympia. She absolutely loves to give back to her community and she takes any opportunity she can to help treat patients. She enjoys interacting with patients and loves making a difference in people's lives one step at a time. Alicia is excited to share her passion for dentistry with Dr. Lori Noga and her team.

Tiralyn - Registered Dental Hygienist

TiraLyn was born in Buffalo, NY and raised in Tumwater, WA. She has eight younger siblings. She enjoys kayaking, scuba diving, walking her dog, and spending time with her friends and family. She has a son named Jonah and a daughter named Chloe. TiraLyn is currently working on a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene through Eastern Washington University.

TiraLyn is passionate about volunteering and giving back to those in need. She volunteers at the Union Gospel Mission and has been on mission trips to provide dental care to children in Haiti and Honduras. She is actively involved in Junior League of Olympia. TiraLyn is an excellent complement to Dr. Noga's caring and compassionate style of dentistry.

Nicole - Registered Dental Hygienist

Nicole graduated from Clark College with my Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is currently finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene at Eastern Washington University. Nicole really enjoys forming relationships with patients and providing an enjoyable dental experience.

Nicole believes that educating patients about their oral health status is very important. It is important for the patient to know what is going on in order for them to take control of their health. Nicole enjoys working with the team as they are all friendly, fun, and supportive. Nicole definitely found all of these qualities at Tranquility Dental!

In Nicole's free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and watching a good movie. Nicole grew up in the small town of Toledo, just south of Chehalis. Nicole and her fiancé have a big orange tabby cat named Baxter! Nicole has been a regular active participant in her Toledo's Walk- n- Knock for the past 10 years. Nicole is also actively involved with the Point Guard Club, supporting Toledo's basketball teams.

Our Dental Assistants

Our dental assistants help the doctor or hygienist during appointments, take any necessary X-rays and photographs, and give instruction on the best ways to take care of your teeth or new restorations. They love meeting new patients and take the time to make sure your treatment is an easy, comfortable and all-around positive experience from the moment you enter the door. Staying on top of technology is of great importance to our assistants, and they can be found taking numerous continuing education courses throughout the year in order to make your treatment as effective and efficient as possible. Our assistants look forward to helping you or your child gain the self-esteem and confidence that comes with a beautiful, healthy smile.

Tori - Registered Dental Assistant

Tori was born and raised in Washington and loves living the outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. She received her dental education at Dental Assisting Training Center in Seattle. Tori loves dentistry and values the relationships she forms with each patient. When she made the decision to go into the dental field, her goal was to be a part of a team that was committed to their patients and she knows she has found that here with Dr. Noga. Tori really enjoys working with the patients and strives to learn the latest advancements and technology in the dental care field.

In Tori's free time she enjoys running, hiking, camping, attending and competing in sporting events. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family, husband and dog, Yuni. She plans on staying here in Olympia and someday starting a family.

Savannah - Registered Dental Assistant

Savannah graduated from South Puget Sound Community College with an Associate in Applied Science and a certificate of completion in dental assisting in 2013. She started her externship in 2012 with Tranquility Dental Wellness Center and started working for us shortly after upon graduation. Savannah loves to travel every chance she gets. She has driven across the U.S. three times. Savannah has a cat that she saved from a shelter back in Tennessee that she loves more than life. Savannah likes working as a dental assistant because she enjoys seeing the smiles on people's faces.

Kylie - Registered Dental Assistant 

Kylie joined the team in December 2014 and is currently attending Olympic College as a full time student working on her degree in general studies. She enjoys being involved in the community and volunteering for organizations such as, Dentistry From the Heart and the Kitten Rescue. Kylie is an avid outdoors enthusiast! Living on the Olympic Peninsula has given her the option to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. She also enjoys traveling to Mexico with her family any chance she can get. Kylie is very excited to be a part of the team at Tranquility Dental Wellness Center.
